  • Super Sunday kicks off with a typical German stage: open roads without huge forests, many junctions and many houses. The route directly passes by the stage sponsor company Knaus Tabbert. I had trouble finding any unique features about this stage apart from that. Yes, it is more interesting to drive than last years' Böhmerwald stage in Austria, but I'm not a big fan of those typical German stages.

    The Rally1 cars would be 50% the time on rev limiter. Very few tight corners that can slow those monsters, apart from the junctures. Perfect for Thiery.

    Wer ist denn der Knaus, stage sponsor, ist er im Motorsport tätig ? Nie gehört

      Die bauen Wohnmobile. Ist eigentlich ganz passend für eine Rallye die auf Wohnmobil-Zuschauer ausgerichtet wird.

    "Virtual Chicane: Drivers must be below 50 kph"
    Is this supposed to be a safety feature so they don't crash into the houses on the outside?

      Yes. The idea is to protect the houses there without placing a conventional chicane since hay bales might also cause damage in case a car hits them.
