Nice update info for the ecosystem. One thing however, I would ensure all videos can go up to at least 1080p for best quality. Especially useful near the end of the video where he is showing command line examples.

    Hi Robert,
thanks for the quick overview of the changes in RHEL 9.
I'm preparing on my own for the RHCSA exam and this video was especially helpful to me.
I started preparing for the exam on RHEL 8 but in the meantime there was a version change that I need to adapt to.

You'll still be able to take exams on RHEL8 for up to a year after the release of RHEL9. In many areas, you can take RHEL8-based exams through the remote exam infrastructure or exam kiosks we have world-wide.

@@RedHatEnterpriseLinux Thanks, that's EXACTLY what I wanted to know. I was getting concerned that I may have wasted my time studying for version 8.

Nice, but I would like to know why some fedora software repositories are not available in RHEL. I would like to know how to get some software from there.

You are probably looking for the Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux repository of software. It is a repository for additional software compatible with RHEL, but that is not shipped (or officially supported) by Red Hat.

Is it possible to get a copy of the slides used here?

I don't think so. We don't provide slides for RUclips content. This video was an event run through www.redhat.com/events about a year'ish ago. The webinar platform does allow for content to be shared, but I don't know if Red Hat generally shares slides, or does so upon request, or does so as a follow-up activity to these events...

Scott would be correct, these slides are not available through our RUclips platform. Your sales teams may have slides upon request.
