This is an excellent machine. We have one, we used it for four years before we built the house and have worn out the rings. I still use the oven as an extra oven now that we are in the house.
Yes I have, at the time I didn't know the aluminium snake trick so it was a bit charcoal on the bottom of the loaf, but I plan on cooking today's loaf in it.

Oh you would have been so gutted when you opened it to see it was damaged! The washing machine tub has worked out well though. 😊
It was pretty frustrating! Hopefully will have the replacement by the end of the week
