  • IV atropine is beneficial in acute management of many types of bradyarrhythmias, but can it be dangerous in certain types?
Can it be a universal treatment for all types of bradycardias?

I think the ECG at 1'00 ( 4:1 AV block ) is better called second degree " High grade " AV block instead of Mobitz type II ??
ACC/AHA had the terminology Advanced AV block separated out from Mobitz type II.
Mobitz type II is something like 3:2 or 4:3 AV block without progressive PR lengthening.
