4th season "Chad Eren" one of the coldest character arc ever. Protagonist to antagonist shift was amazing.
Bro he was depressed and faking his personality throughout the arc don't call him Chad that's why most of the people misunderstood him!

And people calling him chad coz how he behaves during attack on marley and with mikasa/armin and with scouts, That was not his real personality tbh.

Been following Aot for past 2 years, can confidently say it's the best show i watched/read in my life!! And can't describe how great the ending was, You can relate the conclusion of the story with current world politics too. That's how goated🐐 the author is. Aot is a modern classic period!

I'm just going to say this.. As the left guy said for newcomers, this Show will be blast like never seen anything like this. Now coming to the other point which he made stating that many hate because he changed from protagonist to an antagonist. That is where I would say a Hard NO. As Someone who has been watching anime for more than 20 years. The last chapter 139 literally made anything happened before it meaningless. That's why we hate it. Just one chapter..and we still can't believe that something can like this happen, we're straight up baffled.
Adhuku munaadiye Paths lendhu the story started being inconsistent paving way to a lot of plotholes. A lot of characters were trashed vera in terms of development, so yeah 123 to 139 was meh.

AoT haters did not hate AoT cause of the flip of Eren's character. In fact that was one of the positives. We hate it cause the entire ending was a retcon. *SPOILERS AHEAD*
Eren going from "I will destroy the rest of the world" to "I always wanted to destroy just 80% so that my friends can be heroes and there can be peace" was plain stupid.
Not to mention all the plotholes starting from 123, the trashy time manipulation which is quite logicless, Mikasa suddenly being the central point of the plot when she barely had any importance for a long time, Eren suddenly having feelings for Mikasa (which was never shown before), The whole Historia plot point going nowhere, The entire theme of the show shifting from "Fight against oppression" or "Hope" to "Nihilism" and "Cycle of voilence will never end". I could go on and on.
AoT was a masterpiece until the Paths, post that it was a mess and thats why we hate it.
