Sorry about the quality. It was filmed in 1080. I'll try up loading again. The mic was from my desktop. I'm not very good at making these. I'm much better at pleating 😀😎
I’m squealing this is so interesting! Thank you so much for sharing! Is amazing how much knowledge and skills are out there that most people will never know about. I’m glad to have learned about this.
My 15 year old son is OBSESSED with origami. I showed him this and a few other videos of pleating work and his mind is blown! His first question is "what kind of paper are they using to make the pleating molds?" His second question, "Can we do this?" Thanks for the awesome video!!!
Hello !! I am delighted with your work and this video, I am writing to you from Mexico City, and I am very excited to see how they work the pleating, here we also pleat, by hand and by machine, I was very surprised to see what the same procedure is, with the boards and the weights, that 3d pleat pattern I hadn't seen. I imagine the work of making that mold, in craff paper, to be exhausting, I hope one day to make an equally impressive mold. but I have the doubt which country is this video. greetings and have a lot of work.
Hi Jesus. We work in England. If you email info@cimentpleating.co.uk I can give you the details of a friend of mine who makes and exports these patterns.
Muchisimas gracias, es un mundo poco conocido , ya q para muchas modistas y diseñadores NO esta al alcanse quiero decir dificil allar allar direcciones. Thank you
This is amazing! I have a question: how much does the fabric gets reduced after this process , i mean width and length of the pleated fabric vs the flat original fabric?
Can someone direct me to building a steam closet, like Ciment uses? It can be a temporary closet. Perhaps an induction heat top with a pan of water? 💡 ideas!
Hi, can you tell me if your steam cabinet is ready one or you made it, and how does it work, or maybe you can show it more closely, I am from Russia and trying to make one by myself, it will great if we can keep in touch by mail. Thank you.

Fascinating! Would love to see the process by which the moulds are made. 👍
Ask and you shall receive. EVENTUALLY!! ruclips.net/video/t2iXZoVJ1vY/видео.html
There's a video for "flat chevron pleating" now. Way cool, but unless you're kinda crazy, it's not something you want to try at home.
Parabéns! Sem dúvida é a coisa mais incrível que já vi
Wow! That is increds!!!
Amazing! Thanks
Superb! Moulding fabrics!!!!

Who makes the molds and how? What are they made of? I admire your craftsmanship

We bought them from a company called www.rasmart.co.uk/
Ask for Mangus and tell him you were sent by Matt from Ciment pleating.
This is so very kind of you! God bless @@cimentpleating5672!
Was this recorded on a laptop with a built-in mic? All I can focus on is the fan noise.
Magnifique
If you could post a picture of the completed costume on the actress that would be cool.
Theon is narrating.
