All due respect to Acharyaji but this explanation seems more like a justification rather than being straight with his answer. He has said it several times that there’s no end point of realization, it is a continuous journey and now he says since the maharaj is realized he can eat meat due to conditioning of body. Is the conditioning of mind or body? Moreover if you can’t win over your conditioning then what’s the point? Where is the “Karuna for a living being” after the realization that Acharyaji has talked about several times. By the same explanation then what’s wrong with some of these gurus who get caught indulging in sexual activities, money, corruption etc. May be they are realized too and just not interfering with the conditioning of the body
Yes very confusing for a new seeker.thankfully not confusing for me.spirituality is a journey you can't say this is the path,it depends upon your prarabdha karma also.
I listen to lots of gurus including Acharya Prashant. I discard all the teaching which does not make sense to me or contradicts. Certainly I agree with your point. But, again we are judging with our limitation.
Mohit Sharma bhai I'm using an analogy of Acharya ji here - Sachin, Kohli etc. get out on occasions and India loses match. Just like that, Any guru or master simply can't win all the challenges, It's more like they win 95 out of 100. But, we have to humbly take their advice according to their utilities, setting aside their loses because it's unfair as they are human beings after all.
From "I AM THAT": *Q:* My body influences me deeply. In more than one way my body is my destiny. My character, my moods, the nature of my reactions, my desires and fears - inborn or acquired - they are all based on the body. A little alcohol, some drug or other and all changes. Until the drug wears off I become another man. *M:* All this happens because you think yourself to be the body. Realise your real self and even drugs will have no power over you. *Q:* You smoke? *M:* My body kept a few habits which may as well continue till it dies. There is no harm in them. *Q:* You eat meat? *M:* I was born among meat-eating people and my children are eating meat. I eat very little - and make no fuss. *Q:* Meat-eating implies killing. *M:* Obviously. I make no claims of consistency. You think absolute consistency is possible; prove it by example. Don’t 'preach' what you do not 'practise'.
Thank you. People should quit eating meat, it's immoral. I only eat fish and plan to quit it too in the future. a transition is needed. but yes killing for meat is murder.. and one shouldn't even eat meat if he himself didin't kill the animal.
Wonderful, Acharya Ji is saying that since It is absolutely false therefore it is absolutely true. You approach the truth with the help of falseness given by Gurus who have approached the truth. What a twist to the statement of Kenopanishad which says: He who knows does not speak and he who speaks does not know.
Sir, I have a doubt, at one point you are saying that there is nothing like enlightenment that can happen or has happened to any one. But now you are saying that one who has reached and some other is on the way, which means that there is a state where someone reaches or has reached or is there to be reached. We all know that we are slaves of our senses and we want to rise above it and a state beyond it does exist which can term it at enlightenment or whatever else for these are only terminologies. If it is a continuous process then one can't say that on that day or that time I reached there but if being on the way and having reached there are two different states then that attained stage can be called as enlightened one.

We have tendency to point out the vices of the person who have attended wisdom not out if empathy or love but using as an excuse to indulge in those vices on your own, Acharya ji wants us to realize that those gurus were that courgaeous and headstrong that even after indulging in them they liberated, they could afford it but a normal human can't and thus he tries to malign them.
It's an ongoing journey n the teachers keep themselves grounded here with such habits so as to exist as individuals..they arent identifying with the body Once a person is liberated it's impossible to live beyond 21 days...so they use these so called habits to tie them to the body. But we have to aspire for purity in our minds n start on the path n follow satva at all times.
This can be answered shortly, Totally awakened or not, you live in this reality , eating another sentient being is absolutely insane when is not even necessary, who are we humans to take someone life and eat it? when there is plenty of trees and plants that are offering the fruits and veggies to be taken when they are ripe. Just use common sense. If you put garbage in your body and know, that means you didn't master the senses and have not discipline.

What is the point of the realization/ enlightenment if the outside action remains the same? Is it not why the seekers negate, strive, discipline, devote etc to be free of bodyminds attachments, desires and addictions? Nisargatta was not an enlightened soul, a flesheating, heavysmoker businessman.. Dont even need to be very smart to be able to understand and talk about it,but extremely few are it, Ramana Mahashi was one truely, and totally🙏
For the beginner, it is very difficult to understand the contradictory thoughts/actions of life. Continue with spirituality for few more years, risk your life for it from your heart and with time you will understand. Life is not unidimentional like this is right and that is wrong, there are even times when the wrong is right and right is wrong. So don't get attached with the concepts of right or wrong.
I agree with you that the people mentioned in the videos like nisargatta and others are just very ordinary human beings ..if you can't control your senses then you are actually lower than ordinary human beings if you try to justify your actions and try to become guru.
Which Guru category Acharya Prashant falls in among the 3 categories he mentioned? Obviously not first one as he cares for transfer of knowledge to other people.
Body is not different from the self - any thing with the body is a reflection of the self - i fail to understand what u r saying!!! Its sounds more like adjustment of your words to retrofit. If u have truly separated your self from body and mind - u would clearly see that the everything is one energy. If its one energy then there is no compulsion. May be i am not wise as u.🙏

Wow wonderful question 🙏
@@harshverma3281 the thing is that you have to be ready with the consequences, do whatever you want.

very clear explanation. thanks acharya ji. Namaskaaram 🙏
The idiosyncracies of the realized one have to be respectfully kept aside.
thanks ... nothing else ♥️

Surely it is more important what comes out of the mouth rather than goes in?

Well said.
Very true.
Nisargdatta. Great saint
Nope. I do not agree.
The teachers, the devotees, the imitators... Not the WISE.... 😎
This video itself defies logic of 100 other videos
He has become UG Krishnamurti's equivalent in this video what it seems to me. Negating everything like Osho. No problem at all.

Nisargadatta was beyond the three Gunas . To get there you need sattva ironically.
If you are eating meat ..you are not a simple human being...forget about the realized soul...you are an animal...it's as simple as that.
What is the point of the realization/ enlightenment if the outside action remains the same?
Is it not why the seekers negate, strive, discipline, devote etc to be free of bodyminds attachments, desires and addictions?
