Clinicians accuse government of ignoring their plight

The nationwide strike by clinical officers now in its 44th day will continue, as the union leaders failed to reach an agreement with the council of governors in a 6 hour meeting today. The leadership will on wednesday midnight withdraw their staff members from health facilities under the national government, an escalation they hope will prompt the government to address their plights soon
