Ya, that's what I don't get about the Harry Potter movies and books, but they are still very good, and if they did do "accio something" it wouldn't be as interesting.
Actually, Voldemort will most likely have casted the charm (you know, the one they cast in Gringotts) to prevent sneaky Dumbledores and Harrys from destroying them. Voldemort isn't stupid, guys. Horcruxes have his immortality stored inside, he's going to take precautions.

@@Amortentia.Ambrosia I just looked up on google one day "Are Harry Potter and Voldemort related in anyway?" and it said "The link between Harry and Voldemort goes all the way back to The Tale of the Three Brothers and the Deathly Hallows. This means that Harry Potter and Voldemort are (very) distant cousins due to their links to the Peverell brother" You can look it up too if you want.
