Hi Ling, that's an awesome video! Thanks for that. I am on my way to Oahu and would like to do your number 2 hike. Overlooking kan'ohe Bay. Could you tell me the exact start location? I can't seem to find the right trail...
For number 2, please be mindful that it is in a residential neighborhood and alot of the residents aren’t privy to many hikers parking on their street. Also you mentioned that you can keep going at the top, but I would like to add that it is the most advanced and one of the most dangerous hikes on Oahu, rivaling Pu’u Manamana. I have done this trail many times and actually almost slipped off the ridge once. One last thing, please be mindful in the future of posting videos like this, especially ones that are not sanctioned by the state and in people’s neighborhoods. They tend to get overcrowded with disrespectful hikers who leave trash and are loud. Many hikes have been permanently shut down and closed because of that reason.
I'm all about respecting the residential neighborhoods, but this mindset of don't park in our streets is ridiculous. It's a PUBLIC street, the residents do not own the streets. Especially, if you have a garage and/or driveway.
Also sharks cove shouldn't be recommended for snorkeling. Seen so many tourists who take their kids there to snorkel and it's not a good spot for that.
#3 Kamehame Ridge Trail
#2 Pu'u Ohulehule
Thank you.I was doing so much search because she didn't mention which ridge trail was because mostly of hikes in Oahu are called ridge trails.
She did a horrible job at listing the trials
is #3 listed by a different name on All Trails by any chance? Having trouble finding it
Wow wow wow I Love love Oahu! Great selection of hikes waterfalls beaches Foods did I mention foods lol
Haha yes the food, but the hikes were the highlight for me
Awesome video! I was wondering where the trail head is for the Hawaii Kai trail? Loved that one and it’s one of the ones I haven’t done yet!

Please message me on Instagram @_lingchang
Great list of hikes, Thanks! Crouching Lion is permanently closed according to AllTrails.
Thank you! Aw that’s a bummer, it’s a great hike, but I can see why they closed it…it’s pretty sketchy
state park ranger indicated crouching lion is illegal to hike

Thank you for sharing this information and insight. I’ll take it into account in the future!
Just because it is residential the streets are still public so idgaf I’ll park in front of someone’s house.

Graffiti is not art. It's vandalism and total disrespect.
😬The last hike was too scary for me to watch!
😂 Sorry mumzie!!
