How is it fired? If its not fired then is it resin? What is the base made of? Beautiful!
It is enamel powder mixed with a transparent glue then air dried. No resin is involved.

We would dilute the leftover enamel powders in glue with water multiple times, until we rinse off all the glue, then let dry and reuse next time.
