HMS Glowworm if I recall correctly. Tried torpedoes on the Hipper and missed. She actually rammed the Hipper and impudently hit her with her remaining guns. Her Captain got the VC posthumously. The ship was sunk.
1940 there are no german destroyer with twin-gun turrets available. HMS Glowworm and Adm. Hipper collided at last. Rammed or without control, different reports exists. This collision put some damages at Adm. Hipper.
Also, the Germans always fired in half salvos from 8" gun and larger ships, during broadside confrontations. Very very rarely, if ever, would the Admiral Hipper have fired all 8 main guns, especially on a target as small, and manurverable as Glowworm. Yes, she had serious balls, and rammed Admiral Hipper, putting her up for a few months. But it's a game. Hard to be historically accurate with a game, IDK?
