Kelly K no liquid lipsticks are melted lipsticks...they have the consistency of lip gloss but have the same pigmentation as a lipstick and dry matte instead of glossy like a lipgloss.

I actually graduated from college but I'm still very much on a budget! Most of my bags were gifts and I've had most of them for years! I save up for a long time and then from time to time I will treat myself to something nice! :)
