O0o0o0o trippy. I just got one today. They're becoming rarer and rarer because people mine them for use in televisions. Be careful with it; it's only 2.5 on the Moh hardness scale. That's about the same as your fingernails, but still.
Matthew Jensen it's a French acronym meaning "Je Me Coucherai Moins Bête" that you can translate "I will sleep smarter ". Many of these came from a French website. :-)
That's a really remarkable effect; it really is as if the image were "printed" on top of the stone. I want one!
never even knew they could get so clean
If you're looking for one like this, it's called an imaging conduit
i like it what the name of the shop that where u purchased it
Hello Naosuke, it's incredible. One step close to invisibility.
can you tell me the name of the shop? I can't find one shaped like this anywhere!
You can get those at almost any crystal and mineral shops, got mine for $5 but it isn't as clear as that one
impressionnant !!! j'aimerai savoir ou vous avez acheté votre pierre car je n'en trouve pas comme la votre ? Merci !
It migth be the path to make the perfect camouflage
@eatingfoodstuff
Is this an artificial version?
Made in japan?
where did you get one shaped like that?!
Could you tell us how much did a stone like that cost you ? Thanks
@ibcnunabit lol even tho u did this comment months ago, you can get fiber optic glass rocks which are artificial versions of it.
sooooo cool
I wonder if it is at all possible to polish one of those rough ones they sell on eBay?
He Ka you can but it won't be crystal clear like that
Does anyone know where could I possibly buy the exact same stone? I would very much appreciate anyone's help on that.
Cette pierre à les même propriete qu'une lentille ?
JMCMB.^^
Wow
I have one.
Neeeeeeddddd !!! Where to buy ??? Does anyone found where to buy on internet ?
Seb33300 yes i bought one on e bay,you can find them at many prices beware!
SEIRAZEIN All ulexite stones i can found on ebay are rough. Do you find one cut like on the video?
Seb33300 I got mine in boxlunch,
These are fiber optic image conduits and can be bought from edmund optics. It's not cheap though, a piece this size may cost up to 100 dollars.
Ca ressemble plus a de la fibre optique a la limite. Mais la ce qui est le plus impressionnant c'est que c'est une pierre. C'est naturel

I have some of these stones. Mine are about five inches tall, and they do the exact same thing - perfect reproduction.
where can I get these?

@@smolbodybuilder1602 probably etsy
this is not ulexite, it is fiber optic straight-thrus used in nightvision goggles
Do you know where you can buy this?
Fiber optic tapers or transfers generally produce a clearer image than that, but you may be right.
