can you tell me houw much were ur iso and shtter speed in the dark side of the moon? whenever i try to click the dark side of the moon i lose the details and its very noisy n blurry
its not ..but sometimes moon with both sides visibile looks more awesome..looks more astronomical...plus you can also make clouds visible in the foreground through this technique..coz capturing clouds in a moon photography is nearly impossible..u increase the iso to get clouds and then moon brightens up too much n details are lost, u lower the iso, the clouds disappear..but if u blend, u have both
It definitely helped but can you please show us a tutorial on how to do it with 100 photos
Definitely gonna give this ago when we have clear skies and a decent half moon!
Thanks man for the tutorial 📸🌝

0:11 I wouldn’t call that “crap.” It’s a perfectly good photo of the half moon without earthshine. What’s wrong with that?

If you're going to pretend there is sunlight hitting the moon, you might want to make sure it matches the angle of light hitting the moon.
Brilliant 👍
How do you do your gradient mask with more than 2 images? i m trying with 7 photos at different exposures
could you do a video of say 4 images? not really sure how more than 2 makes it better.
is there a tutorial or something for using more than 2 exposures?
what is the camera settings?
I’ve attempted to process say 200 photos in photoshop on my Mac mini but I keep running into memory issues, how much ram do I need ?? TIA
For projects under or about 1GB get a minimum of 16GB RAM... similarly 2 GB ~ 32GB is how you go...
