I had a bottle of these capsules which i never used but tonight i had to give it a try. I have their ceramide capsules too.. i must say the texture of these capsules is so smooth and silky.. feels great on skin. Very good quality

@@bluegraygal My sister was sharing that you should also follow up with a sunscreen if you are using a retinol product. I found that suggestion interesting so I thought I would pass it on. But you probably already know that. 😀
