Rift apart ratchet was one of the best ratchet for me, he just so kind and really expressive, sometimes when he is in panic he gets so funny, i also love the design they made him in the new game, i hope they never change this rift apart design in the new future games.

I agree, the game was a big step-up from the 2016 ratchet game, and I loved every minute of it. Unfortunately I got the platinum rather quickly and moved onto other games. I may need to replay it one of the days.

Rift Apart Ratchet is a really fun character. I can already see how he’s grown up and matured, but still softened a bit around Clank. The first ever game is such a contrast to what the Insomniacs and Sony have developed of his character now. I like this new Ratchet, even if 2016 dumbed him down SO hard it left an impact on Rift Apart a little. Nice thing they just made him a ‘sunshine’ friendly guy with hammerspace and a deadly arsenal while he says that he’s been called strange *ONLY* ‘a time or two’. I like how some of Clank’s traits rubbed off on him into change and character development. Almost feels like he’s now more open to some of his ‘hidden’ traits that have been hinted in the earlier games!
I give bonus points for dynamic fluff, best young lombax man. Best duo that keep you emotionally attached for a long, long time.

Yeah I think rift apart ratchet is the best ratchet to date, even though they are all good games, this one was a real step up for gameplay, story telling, character development etc

@@MissableContent Animation as well! I’m already receiving extreme levels of dopamine just by looking at the lombaxes’ ears being floppy. The amount of expressiveness, soul and hard work put into making the characters truly feel alive is mesmerising. Look at all the tiny fidgety details in the characters’ movement.
