Brand new and it does that? That's a defective unit for sure. Obviously I'm assuming it's placed into the pool right? You don't turn it on outside of the pool with this happening do you?
I wish you would’ve shown the control box unit, even if it’s just a power button. I like to see absolutely everything about an item, especially if I’m possibly going to purchase it.
Hi David. I'm debating between this one, Dolphin Caymon or nautilus cc plus with wifi. I have a small pool under 30 ft. Is cord tangling a big deal and stair climbing? Thanks.
Cord tangling usually only happens if you place too much cord into the pool with the cleaner. If you take the cleaner and leave the cord on the floor, then walk with the cleaner letting the cord extend itself, all the way to the furthest part of your pool, that spot where you end up, that's the spot you place the cleaner into the pool with the appropriate amount of cord length. It shouldn't tangle if you do it correctly. As for stairs, if you're okay with manually brushing stairs every now and then, then it's not really necessary, just a bit more work.
How do I change the floating cable out to replace ?
why does my new dolphin escape turn off immediately after I turn it on?
