I wanted to share my personal journey with you in case it helps. I used to weigh 170kg, and one day, I decided to take control of my health. Due to my excessive weight, I couldn't do any physical exercise, so I focused entirely on customized fasting-one meal a day (OMAD). For my single meal in the evening, I ate: Half a chicken (500g) or a full big fish (up to 1kg), either grilled or cooked with olive oil. 2-3 eggs fried in pure butter. Good quality cheese. Cucumber and lettuce as vegetables. After this meal, I drank plenty of water and green tea until I slept. At Suhoor (pre-dawn), I only drank water and then started fasting again. I completely eliminated unhealthy oils (only used olive oil if needed), sugar, and carbohydrates like rice, bread, potatoes, biscuits, naan, or roti. Instead, I occasionally enjoyed BBQ kebabs. Alhamdulillah, in just 4 months, I lost 38kg-without any exercise! The best part? I was finally able to perform sujood properly, sitting on the floor. Mustafa Bhai me ne bhi loose Kia 84 SE 72 around 10 to 12 kg. But not with any exercise. I just controlled my diet reduced sugar intake. Only breakfast and lunch. And specially don't lie down or sleep after food. Food intake was mostly home made food no special diel just reduced fast food and oily food. That's it. Alhamdullah. But now I feel week so planning to start workout
