20:00 Damn. I legit almost teared up for some reason. I got goosebumps when Masa said that they don't just give out those specific stickers to people, and the car it goes on is approved by Uchinaga-San himself and is symbolic of the owner (Dut in this case) being like a representative of Midori Seibi Center. That is so badass!!
I just love Masa's energy, lol. You can tell he's like genuinely hyped for you and your experiences in Japan. Once this trip is over, (and whenever you can; idk the logistics behind flying to the US as someone from Japan, but I'm guessing it's possible now) you should fly Masa to California to check out the US car scene and show him your shop!
Great video. This shows a lot of what I like about Japan. The way the tech took the coil over out of the box, and set it on the cardboard with reverence, being a good example. Keep doing these!
The mechanics are 💯 clean and professional of how they perform their tasks. It’s like ASMR feeling to it which is so satisfying to see. Sick vid btw looking forward to more… you should get the boss of Midori to sign your car…
these Japan vlogs make my heart so happy. its always hard to describe the feeling of Japan to someone who hasnt been there. You have to experience it for your self to truly appreciate the country and I cant wait to back next year.
As a native Japanese/Japanese speaker, I have so much respect for Dustin for trying his best to speak Japanese! Little things like that go a long way in our culture, so it really makes me happy that you've studied! Met you back at SEMA last year and I sensed great vibes but seeing you in these Japan vlogs just earned you so much more respect from me! Excited for more Japan content!!
Currently binge watching all your japan vlogs Dustin! On 37/54. I watched some of the more recents & figured why not start from the very beginning and work to the most recent. You're living the dream man. I'm so jealous but happy for you! Everything seems so authentic and the overall experience of Japan just looks like a dream for jdm enthusiasts. Keep at it man!
Just a wholesome video. Once you step out of the U.S, you realize how different the world is, Japanese culture is amazing (food, art, work ethic, and so much more)
WHAT! This is so insane. Every video leaves me mind blown. Can only imagine how happy you feel Dustin. Thanks for the amazing content. Can't wait for you to bring the R34 to the US.
Just came across your channel last night and have been binge watching your Japan adventure- you’re living the dream dude 😎🤘🏼 Masa’s a ledge! So awesome, keep up the amazing content bro! Love from 🇬🇧✌🏼
I’ve waited since you’ve bought this R34 to start upgrading and to see these Japan vlogs. I’m looking to do the same one day and I’ve been to Japan before, so to see these vlogs brings so much joy to my heart 😭
watching Dustin in Japan and hearing him talking Japanese its make me so emotional, because its what i want to do some day. Dustin i cant thank you enough for this vlogs man.
Exactly what I said yesterday with the long video! It was a 30+ minute video but it didn't feel like it because I was so like immersed into it. So epic!
Getting your car done at MDORI and being so respectful and involved is so rare now days on RUclips… I think your whole persona and friends you have are the same vibe and it’s just super refreshing. This was amazing! Can’t wait for tomorrow’s video 🫡
I never realised how amazing a white 34 actually looks. I have only ever seen a few but dam she looks good. I would honestly pic white over any other colour.
Right? Normally I don't like white cars that much, but on some cars it just hits different. Skylines, BMWs, Porsches, and Hondas (Civics and Integras). It's just so good!
Driving your own r34 in Japan with your friend who also owns a 34. As well as getting your car built by midori. It really doesn't get much better than that. Such a beautiful country rich in culture. Japan is definitely on the bucket list
Happy to see u back with the R34 doing what u do best! I almost feel like I'm there in Japan with u guys. I'm from Tennessee, so car culture around here is limited to shitty trailer park mustangs lmao. My car isn't perfect, but it's not a type of car u see around my area. There's more car culture in the desert than there is here in TN. I would love to be able to visit Japan one day and see what u see. Hell even going to California to surround myself with the car culture there is nothing short of being on my bucket list. Anyways, sorry I'm rambling haha love the videos man! Stay safe and drive hard brother! 🤘
@@jermainecotton4406 west tn. Around the Paris area. Now I do see nice cars in Nashville all the time. But from where I reside, my 350z is the best looking car around here. We have only one R34 GTR in the whole country (Costa Rica) and is a left hand drive because it was imported after a new law that was made not allowing right hand drive cars on the road... Love MIDORI, love the culture that they represent and the knowledge they have to properly build a car! Congrats on your Japanese, hearing you speak it is amazing! Keep it up!
Great surprise for last 3 days. I mean, i have no words for how crazy fun it would be to do all the things that you have gotten to do over the last week. DO MORE i tell myself.

So awesome you get to visit Japan 🗾 and experience the culture over there. My goal is to someday travel to Japan and make some content for my channel. Glad to see you having fun. Love that R34!💪
i miss japan so much. Spent 2 yrs there and LOVED it. i should have bought an R34. there was a dealership right across the street from base(Yokota AB), and they had a MP and Blue r34. at that time the price was only about 3,000,000Y-3,500,000Y, which was about $35K since the dollar-Yen was nearly 1:1. I was an idiot for not buying a car.
Man Massa. You got to make more RUclips videos man! You're in both Albos and Dustins videos. Ure so popular in the JDM world now w a cool car. Awesome to see Dustin speak Japanese w Japanese tuners!
