Armadhany Prakawidhi so the Secrets are: - the granny and the Runaway Kid in the cage with Six - the Janitor makes the dolls for the children (maybe he isn’t so evil like other monsters) the Nomes are children if you look the shadows at the end - the Lady looks like the granny and the Runaway Kid is the nome who was eaten by Six
Is the little boy screaming at the last part because that scary also there is new monsters the frerryman the bellied man and the last one is creepy looking

It's one of those "open to interpretation" games that require you to use your head and figure out the story. I mostly feel like it's lazy story telling, especially when done in DS(letting players use their imagination as a way to tell a story, is a sure way of getting ppl to love your game. Nothing's better than the fictions we create) because of how very little they give you to work with... then on top of that, the little you get's extremely vague. In LN however, feel like you get more pieces of the puzzle to get a good sense of what's going; plus not knowing also adds to the fear aspect of it all.
Ero Manga Sensei basically The Lady turned the runaway kid into a gnome and remember in the first game the Gnome Six ate. That was the run away kid. Six ate the Runaway. Open your brain kid.
