Very nice tutorial. Are there any free content creation tools that output scorm or xapi that you would recommend?

Does this tutorial apply to the subscription version of the software or the trial version?

Both. The Trail version is the complete subscription version.

@@markspermon-articulatestor6280 I am currently trialing the free 60 day trial version and many of the slides in the content library are locked and only available when you take out a subscription. Also, the choice of characters is minimal on the free trial version. In the above comment you mention that the trial version is the complete subscription version but that cannot be correct?

Hi Mark, thanks for the video!
I was wondering if you know how to make a multiple answer choice in interactive videos ?
For now, my 5 questions shows up as 5 layers and I created 2 feedback shapes in the timeline to say "Correct" and "Incorrect" when the learner click on one answer. (cause there is only 1 correct answer)
However, the client wants to add 1 more question and it must propose 3 answers and they are all correct....I tried many triggers but didn't find a solution yet....

NVDA is picking up a rectangle "main landmark clickable rectangle 4" after submitting right or wrong answer. the client doesn't want this rectangle to be picked up by the screen reader. not clear how to remove this getting picked up by NVDA. can you please advise. thank you :)

Hello Mark. I have a Storyline file that is giving me a headache. The issue: Student reads a series of slides, then gets to the question. The student gets the answer wrong, and the Retry layer is displayed. It sends them to the slide with the answer in its context. Then, a review layer pops up prompting them to return to the quiz (such as not to have to go thru the other content before the question but after the current slide). The problem: When the student returns to the question, the previously selected question is till visible (as the question slide was not reset). I'm sure it is an easy fix.

Hi Danny how is the previously selected question visible? Is the question on a seperate slide.

@@markspermon-articulatestor6280 I actually ended up learning how to fix it. There's an option on the question slide on the bottom right hand corner for slide settings where you can have the slide reset. Everything is working fine now. I completely appreciate you getting back with me. You are such a powerhouse of knowledge! I really appreciate all you do on behalf of all instructional designers throughout the world. You are a gem. 🏆🏆🏆

How can i set my quiz to allow 2 attempts and reset to initial state when revisiting at the same time. All of the attempts I made, I can only have one or the other. if it resets to initial state, the number of tries becomes unlimited even though it is set to 2 attempts. If i take away the initial reset then the attempts will remain limited to 2. Ugh.. does storyline just not do both? that seems unlikely???

    Hi Mark,
Could you please make a tutorial on how to create a downloadable certificate after completing the course in storyline using JavaScript without using any other thirds party website.

i made the questions with the help of Quizbaken, with the associated questions corresponding to the content of each folie/Slide:
    The questions have 3 possibilities:
correct - go to the next question
    try again: 2 times
wrong: go back to the beginning of the course.
With the help of Trigger, I was able to format the questions.
    Now comes the tricky part:
in the course content, how can I link to the question?
question: wrong answer go to the slide and back to the question
PS I want to use the question bank, because in our courses there are always 10 questions and only 5 must be answered. and with the help of the Quiz Bank, you can set these parameters.

For a beginner like me this was a bit confusing to follow. Not familiar with all the steps.
