    Thank you for sharing. Takes me back to 90s when I college I used to do lots of ploys for strength, explosive speed and jump power. It's a total workout as well as maintains good muscle balance. I'm doing again but a bit slower as I'm mid 50s. Still love the development of stamina and feel.good antidotes.....Live Long Live String🙏💪🏆🏆

    Is this fatiguing? I’ve heard that plyometrics are not meant to be fatiguing so I do these before my weightlifting workouts.
