I'm here with you in the struggle. Diet is the only way I can currently combat this issue. My knees are both dislocating on the reg right now. Makes the walks and hikes I used to take impossible. We got this, Lady! *Air go team swat

Because I have so many health issues, including fatty liver, the ONLY way I can lose is water fasting 😢. It's tough every time and I start again in a couple days. It's hard enough to be disciplined for even a few days, but to maintain that throughout the entire weight loss process is SO hard!! It's admirable and I know how difficult it is, keep hanging in there like a hair in a biscuit !
That's horrible 😭 I can't even imagine having to water fast for more than a day 😭 thank you so much for the encouragement 💜

I totally understand and have had issues too. I have only supposedly lost 2 lbs in a month. I’m not sure if it’s actually weight loss or if it’s because I haven’t felt well for about six day. Hopefully we are on the uphill swing now. Best of luck to all of us who are on this journey 💜

I wish I was down that far in my weight loss journey 😞 i weight 287 pounds 😢 i have 2 try get back walking
It's hard, And one bad day can throw me off and then i kind of just want quit and not worry about it 😭 in the last two weeks I only lost .6 lb.. I know if I'd stick to it I could lose 1 lb a week but I just like eating And hate exercising😭 But making the videos about it does help cuz when I mess up I get back on track because I have all of you supporting me 💜💜💜
