I just straight up stopped playing this game because of how unfair it felt, when I started seeing things like the sword slam during the halloween pass thing, I was like 'WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!?' because I died almost instantly, then I started seeing people use that infinity thing, and I was confused because I thought they were using the 'freeze' one, but NOPE, it was so broken that someone having it could mean the difference between getting to top 2, and quitting the game. You could be doing extremely well on mobile or pc or some shit, but the SECOND someone whips out infinity, it's game over unless you can time it right so that you might have a chance to li- who am I kidding, you can't time this shit because you don't get a chance to fight back. And after that, I then realized that every F*CKING thing, was only obtainable through gambling hundreds of robux, and that's where I drew it.

If anybody wants a free to play blade ball, I highly recommend death ball,it’s basically a free 2 play blade ball,most of the stuff you buy you have to use the in game currency,the stuff where you have to pay robux is usually looks,but if you want to buy a champion then you can and they aren’t even that op,you also get 3 lives in death ball instead of 1 there is also ranked mode,trading servers,one life death ball,and pro servers, and voice chat only servers, they also take more time on updates so they are more quality instead of blade ball making a new update like every week,death ball actually puts time into making updates,so I highly recommend death ball! Also this took me so long to write😭

I asked multiple devs and Bslick, a musician that worked on new custom Blade Ball music about it, and they all say the song predated their affiliation with the game, meaning that it's been there since the early days of Blade Ball. We're considering suing the game, but they've gone back to attempt to purchase a license for the music off of Aki, but according to my relatively low revenue estimate, their offer would have been 0.03% of their revenue, and considering the songs been in the game for pretty much a year, it's crazy that they're trying to buy it for so little.

I’d still rather play the game “deflect,” which was created before Blade ball and has its main concept, Blade ball just expanded on the concepts and Deflect just added some of the successful stuff from Blade Ball to help it, but its mechanics feel much easier to use and it’s not a definite money grab.
deflect is a great game, the first game of its type on roblox, however, (probably because of blade ball) the game is falling off. now reaching 20 players to the previous 200-1000. the addictiveness of blade ball just simply overpowers deflect, and deflects lack of replayability makes it die off even more. sadly the wheels and gambling games win this time.

Yeah I used to play this game, and It was pretty fun but... limited swords went from like 200-400 Robux at most to crazy amounts like 4999... and they added battle passes and a million other passes that change like every month or few weeks and cost 799... and the chances of getting the new abilities from the spins is so low it costs most people who spend money over $600 real dollars to get... and these abilities change every month or few weeks also... so I quit, I stopped playing, It's too expensive, which is sad, because It wasn't like It was a bad game, I enjoyed playing it, but they made it too pay to win, sure cosmetics aren't necessarily pay to win, but the spin abilities definitely are.

I contributed to blade ball by giving some ideas that were added to the game in a discord community ideas meeting. The devs do care about the community, but nobody really expected for this game to blow up the way it did and when the time came, the staff lacked the creativity and motivation to add something that would cancel out the games simple concept and give it a way to make its players stick around.

When you're deflecting with someone for too long, the ball can reach unimaginable speeds that even you can't time properly and that all you can do is to predict, it would be even worse if the enemy has a ball-boosting ability (Rapture, Reaper, Raging Deflect), and the next thing you know, you die in a fraction of a second.
The Really Why, It's Because when the owner joins says to someone with rude and toxicity. like this "1v1 you noob" "if i win you'll get banned", peoples we're scared when the owner joins so the game get's 86% Decreased Activate Players, if you lose you get banned, FOREVER, but if you win, owner rages, the owner most of the times he uses the powerful admin ability, even he does it to new players.
I just hate the fact i cant simply block the stupid ball. Like i press JUST right before it hits me, but it hits me anyway. Whit those type of robux costing stuff is way too greedy.

As a developer, the bug at around 5:18 is probally caused by the script being coded in server. Server scripts dont run instantly for the player because of lag. Cleint scripts are pretty much instant but they dont have some things that server does. Correct me if im wrong.
im not quite sure about that since a server script probably makes the block indicator but doesnt actually make the player block it even though the devs could put both things in the same time... something is rigged about it...

I could say that until I realized that the animation is instant and theres no reason to even add a cooldown in the first place. If the cooldown is just to make sure everything is loaded they couldve used task.wait instead.

Deathball is more fair to the people playing it because u can unlock certain characters with gems or fight bosses they even give away free mythicals but it kinda depends on your luck.

The block glitch isn't really a glitch, its server location and ping wise. Say if you live in texas and you're in a server in california, your input will take longer to register due to high ping, but if you were in a texas server living in texas, your input will register quicker bc lower ping. It sucks that's how the game works, but that just is.
This is the story of my first time playing blade ball. I only tried it out last week because I saw videos and I’m like “why the hell would I click for 3 hours straight” I played and took 10 MINUTES to load AFTER the joint server screen because my phone couldn’t handle all the bright lights then finally I got to play. I’m like maybe starter pack or something but nothing. I saw a cool sword and I’m like oooohh i wanted to see how much coins it was but it was just robux. I’m like okay this is bogus because I’ve been doing NOTHING while I watched the match which my render distance could barely even see half the field. Finally I get into a game and I’m like alrrr this shouldn’t be too hard. Then I’m watching the match waiting for the ball to come to me and some crazy stuff is happening with the ball then it TELEPORTS TO ME OR SOME SHI. I’m like yeahh ima go back to my skill based games now and left. 0/10 only ever joining to annoy my sister.
This is why I hated this game when it came out. There was quite literally no skill involved. If you don’t have money in this game, there’s no possible way to even win. And no matter where you go, the game keeps encouraging you to spend insane amounts of money for cosmetics and abilities.
Back on this video what you saw at 7:40 was delayed block means weapons with the slash effect can actually block for longer and the block hitbox is Wayyy bigger; Meaning even weapons are making it p2w..
It’s like a pattern by now, game get popular -> make gamepass so people buy it -> make the game really grindy or make the game P2W -> most players get bored -> game die -> make new game and it repeat 🔁 Unless the dev learn from the mistake, example Preston. I’d still rather play the game “deflect,” which was created before Blade ball and has its main concept, Blade ball just expanded on the concepts and Deflect just added some of the successful stuff from Blade Ball to help it, but its mechanics feel much easier to use and it’s not a definite money grab.
deflect is a great game, the first game of its type on roblox, however, (probably because of blade ball) the game is falling off. now reaching 20 players to the previous 200-1000. the addictiveness of blade ball just simply overpowers deflect, and deflects lack of replayability makes it die off even more. sadly the wheels and gambling games win this time.

Yeah I used to play this game, and It was pretty fun but... limited swords went from like 200-400 Robux at most to crazy amounts like 4999... and they added battle passes and a million other passes that change like every month or few weeks and cost 799... and the chances of getting the new abilities from the spins is so low it costs most people who spend money over $600 real dollars to get... and these abilities change every month or few weeks also... so I quit, I stopped playing, It's too expensive, which is sad, because It wasn't like It was a bad game, I enjoyed playing it, but they made it too pay to win, sure cosmetics aren't necessarily pay to win, but the spin abilities definitely are.

I contributed to blade ball by giving some ideas that were added to the game in a discord community ideas meeting. The devs do care about the community, but nobody really expected for this game to blow up the way it did and when the time came, the staff lacked the creativity and motivation to add something that would cancel out the games simple concept and give it a way to make its players stick around.

I highly agree with what you're saying but the instant block thing is impossible to avoid, basically blocks and stuff like that have to have a delay for the game to work. It's difficult to explain, but I know how it works because I am a developer.

When you're deflecting with someone for too long, the ball can reach unimaginable speeds that even you can't time properly and that all you can do is to predict, it would be even worse if the enemy has a ball-boosting ability (Rapture, Reaper, Raging Deflect), and the next thing you know, you die in a fraction of a second.

The Really Why, It's Because when the owner joins says to someone with rude and toxicity. like this "1v1 you noob" "if i win you'll get banned", peoples we're scared when the owner joins so the game get's 86% Decreased Activate Players, if you lose you get banned, FOREVER, but if you win, owner rages, the owner most of the times he uses the powerful admin ability, even he does it to new players.

As a developer, the bug at around 5:18 is probally caused by the script being coded in server. Server scripts dont run instantly for the player because of lag. Cleint scripts are pretty much instant but they dont have some things that server does. Correct me if im wrong.
im not quite sure about that since a server script probably makes the block indicator but doesnt actually make the player block it even though the devs could put both things in the same time... something is rigged about it...
@@oldrusty20 I mean it could be a cooldown. If its NOT rigged then its probally just some waiting for animation adjestments. I could say that until I realized that the animation is instant and theres no reason to even add a cooldown in the first place. If the cooldown is just to make sure everything is loaded they couldve used task.wait instead.

The block glitch isn't really a glitch, its server location and ping wise. Say if you live in texas and you're in a server in california, your input will take longer to register due to high ping, but if you were in a texas server living in texas, your input will register quicker bc lower ping. It sucks that's how the game works, but that just is.
This is the story of my first time playing blade ball. I only tried it out last week because I saw videos and I’m like “why the hell would I click for 3 hours straight” I played and took 10 MINUTES to load AFTER the joint server screen because my phone couldn’t handle all the bright lights then finally I got to play. I’m like maybe starter pack or something but nothing. I saw a cool sword and I’m like oooohh i wanted to see how much coins it was but it was just robux. I’m like okay this is bogus because I’ve been doing NOTHING while I watched the match which my render distance could barely even see half the field. Finally I get into a game and I’m like alrrr this shouldn’t be too hard. Then I’m watching the match waiting for the ball to come to me and some crazy stuff is happening with the ball then it TELEPORTS TO ME OR SOME SHI. I’m like yeahh ima go back to my skill based games now and left. 0/10 only ever joining to annoy my sister.

This is why I hated this game when it came out. There was quite literally no skill involved. If you don’t have money in this game, there’s no possible way to even win. And no matter where you go, the game keeps encouraging you to spend insane amounts of money for cosmetics and abilities.
Back on this video what you saw at 7:40 was delayed block means weapons with the slash effect can actually block for longer and the block hitbox is Wayyy bigger; Meaning even weapons are making it p2w..

Tilting the ball does make a difference, it obviously won't curve it but, it slows the ball down
Like in a clash if ur curving left it makes it slower so if someone double clicks, they usually die
