Honestly, i never went to the dentist , and thanks fer your job ❤
In Colombia we always brush our theeth after we have eaten the three main food in the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) but we can brush more times during the day when we have eaten other things like food beetwen main foods.
For me is necesary to use the dental floss. It's very useful when we eat meat or bread.
What is the deference between dentist and orrhodentist?

both of them are different because dentist is name of appointment and orthodontist is a braces and that is one from we can do it in dentist appointments

Yes. I’m from Mexico, go to the dentist is very available because is cheaper than other country. When I was Child, I used to go to the dentist regularly, because i have cavities, I didn’t like wash my teeth.

Usually I go to the dentist when i notice a cavity or its preliminary forms.
In all other cases i try to remedy all my problems by myself and mainly i sucseed.
For sure, self-medication is not good, when its about your teeth. But, why not? Especially if you can skimp on.
i floss my teeth twice ,,and I brush 3 times a day.. at morning..after lunch and after dinner

I usually go to the dentist three times a year to check up and make sure I don't have plaque because I've had plaque twice. I got braces when I was 19m, and I had them until I was 23. I really hated having braces, they looked horriblel , and they were hurt.

like you i hate going to the dentiste because i feel uncomfortable although I am studying dental 😅😅. but i brush my teeth every day in the morning and in the night .and i i dont have any caries in my teeth ,i was 1 caries when i am young .and when i studed in middle school i have got a orthodontics i remember this verry well because i was feeled a pain in my teeth
I wanted to become a dentist, when I was a child. I’m going to dentist twice a year, because I’m looking for my health. it’s uncomfortable procedure, but it’s necessary. Price of dentistry’s service is really expensive and appointment for dentist you could wait about 1 month or more than.

me too, I hate going to the dentist because I hate the way that he cleans and treats my teeth. in general, I visit the dentist once a year, and I see that is wrong because I should visit my doctor at least twice a year. Also, I brush my teeth once or twice a day, but I don't floss them. I don't have dental insurance for the cost of treatment, but overall the cost in my country is much cheaper than in other countries.

I don't have dental insurance so it is expensive for me to do braces in my teeth and my teeth need to braces because I have a one teeth is not with the range of other teeth but one day I hope to do braces and I will brush my teeth today and I will make it a habit in my life .
