If you look at the image at the 3:04 mark you can see the answer. Here is the order of the arrows MOTION>LOOP>ROTATION>SWING>(PRESETS)ROTATION>(PRESETS)LOOPS. Like I mentioned in the video, since he is swinging a hammer, its more of a rotation.
