- I just beat Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 2 so naturally the next step is to play Dark Souls 3. This is my first time playing so go easy on me. Also if you enjoyed don't forget to like and subscribe, it'll make me happy :)

i fell down there like that on my first playthrough and was like "damn i musta found something amazing here" and then it turned out the bridge just becomes a ladder
it´s really refreshing seing someone admitting to making mistakes playing from games for the first time.
really enjoyed the commentary and casual editing without too much added effects

@@matthewjalovick Agreed. I don't even get stressed at a boss until I'm at least 7 tries in. Usually end up going through the 4 stages of grief by the time I've beat a real challenge.

He literally showed 4 clips of himself dying to that boss, so I don't see how he could have beaten it on attempt # 4. It must have taken at least 5, but even that is low for a first playthrough.

brah, no fucking shot four failed attempts is what made you think you wouldn't pass. It took me AT LEAST 20-30 attempts on most story bosses

I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH THE NAMELESS KING, ONLY thing was that I read the message and decided that ringing the bell is a no-no cuz in this game every touch means death, I then cleared the rest of the area and searched for the boss for a good half hour, WITH LIKE 4 FRIENDS ON DISCORD, 3 OF WHOM HAD FINISHED THE GAME.... Lot a laughs, what a game!
The fact that this man used the great machete makes him so godamn based, love that weapon
Oceiros is actually one of the most tragic bosses I've seen. He's actually holding an infant while fighting, which is where the crying is coming from. And in second phase, he smashes it on the ground. You can see the particle effects of when an entity dies when Oceiros slams down on the floor. He killed a child while fighting you.

In the Grand Archives, the ghost hands can damage AND curse u to death. The wax prevents that. No idea how, I guess if you can't see ghosts, they cannot hurt you.

Exactly my feeling when fighting the dragonslayer armour, a fair 1v1, an epic battle for the ages... till you get kinda ganked by the butterflies on the air...but still cool!

The wax in the Grand Archives helps prevent curse buildup.
Dipping your head in wax makes the curse hands not effect you! That'll be very useful if you play through again

You can use the crossbow to kill the worm. There’s a rock near the left wall facing the boss fog that you can hide behind that’ll allow the crossbow to hit the worm

I played this game 100 times and never knew you could shut down the crosbows

Dragonslayer Armor, lol, I always thought it was french, but I'm not French so I don't know.
I dare you to attempt Darkeater Midir in the dlc, the only way I did was to summon some friends who just had fully maxed out level and gear and I just stood back and was the healer for them. I kid you not, that dragon made my last college semester a total nightmare.

I gotta be honest man, I have no idea why you changed the way you make videos. I loved just watching you play the game with your reactions to everything. I don't know why you changed to this style of video that is highly edited and voiced over. I think the other videos were perfect and are why people subscribed in the first place. No hate though man I still love the content, I'm just giving some constructive feedback. I'm sure other people feel the same way as me too.
Because I accidently used the wrong mic when I was recording the gameplay, I didn't want to make the video where I was talking over everything but I had no other choice. That's also why the video took so long to make as well. I won't make the same mistake for part 3 tho.

Enjoyed the vid definitely game me some good laughs! Quick tip if you're on console and cycling between items to try and get to the Estus Flask hold left or right on the D-pad it will skip all the items and jump to the Estus Flask!

Also, the baby cry you hear is actually from a literal baby the boss is carrying around and crushing while attacking…however they took the baby away because it was “too much” lol, but they left the sounds of the cry and bones breaking

9:50 on accident, I know I have meditating gesture with dragon name and I see meditating dragon so I use gesture and stay there cause it's nice to take in the world they built, there are so many places on the map you can do this that's actually 1 of my fav aspects of this game

Slight note, in the smouldering lake catacombs there should be an invisible wall somewhere near/in a room with a bunch of rats in it? Can't recall exactly but u get a pyromancy tome in front of an old friend from DS1.
