It is suitable for cutting French Fries for Fully Automatic French Fries Production Line of 1000 Kg/Hour and Frozen Vegetable Plant of 2000 Kg/Hour. It Dice all Vegetables like Potatoes, Carrots, Ginger, Tomatoes, Carrots, Capsicum, Raw Mangoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cabbage, Lemons, Cucumber, Chilly, etc. Large In-Feed Hopper enables feeding of Vegetables of any size up to 10". Unique Design of Paddle Impeller, Sharp 3CR Blades & Timing Belt Pulley Transmission are the Key Features of the Machine. Cutting Parts and Mechanical Transmission Parts are Thoroughly Isolated to Completely Eliminate the Contamination of the Product. Replacing the Cutter is Convenient and Reduces the Repair Work.
Working Principle:
Material Enters the Feeding Hopper into the Rotating Impeller, Under the Action of Centrifugal Force, Close to the Inner Side of the Outer Shell, With the Propeller Blades through the Slicing Knife Cut into Pieces, Section in Comb with the Blade Set Moves Between a Rotating Disc Knife/ Circular Knife to Cut in Strip or French Fries and then moved to the rotation of the transverse cutter to cut set square, rectangle or other preset dimension.
