ये वीडियो खासकर उन किसान साथियों के लिए है जो फूलों कि खेती करते हैं। अक्सर हम देखते हैं कि फूलों कि खेती करने वाले किसान मार्केट पर काफी निर्भर रहते हैं । सीजन मे तो उन्हे फूलों के अच्छे दाम मिल जाते हैं लेकिन सीजन खत्म होने के बाद कई बार ऐसी नौबत आती है कि फूल फेंकने पड़ते हैं। ऐसे में सतारा जिले, महाराष्ट्र के प्रगतिशील किसान सचिन शेलहर ने अपनी फूलों कि खेती को एक उद्यम में बदलने कि पहल की। Agrivision नाम कि अपनी कंपनी में उन्होंने गुलाब से, गुलकंद, गुलाब सिरप जैसे उत्पाद बनाने शुरू किये। चूंकि ये सभी देसी गुलाब से बनते हैं तो ये पूरी तरह से ऑर्गैनिक हैँ। किसी भी तरह के essence या कलर का प्रयोग भी नहीं किया जाता। 2019 मे जब पहली बार सचिन ने गुलकंद बनाया तो लगभग 200 kg बेचा और आज उनका लक्ष्य 25 टन के करीब है। फूलों के साथ गुलकंद भी उन्हे अच्छा मुनाफा दे रहा है। देखिए पूरा वीडियो

This video is especially for those farmer companions who cultivate flowers. Often, we see that flower farmers heavily depend on the market. They get good prices during the season, but after it ends, they sometimes have to discard their flowers. In such situations, progressive farmer Sachin Shelar from Satara district, Maharashtra, took the initiative to transform his flower farming into a venture. He started making products like rose petal jam (gulkand) and rose syrup under his company named Agrivision. Since these products are made from desi roses, they are completely organic without any use of artificial essences or colors. When Sachin first made gulkand in 2019, he sold nearly 200 kg, and now his target is around 25 tons. Alongside flowers, gulkand is also providing him good profits.
