What people don't understand that just because you are an employee in a store does not mean you know where everything is. He obviously works in the automotive section, not the grocery department. Even when you work in groceries, there are different departments there. Someone works in Dairy, in produce. Why would you go stop someone in automotive, which by the way is all the way of the other side of the store if you've been to Walmart, away from the groceries. She's an idiot and Walmart is stupid for firing him, a suspension maybe, but firing him.
Sorry, but I worked retail for 30+ years for a large chain. We were trained to do everything possible to help people even if we worked in a different department. He should have gone with her to the food section and if he couldn't find what she needed, looked for someone who worked in that department. One thing that will make me shop somewhere else is rude, arrogant employees. He was both.
Bro, he does not work in the food isle, he's in the automotive section. And this lady's first question was "Do you work here?" As he's clearly in-uniform and stacking items. Also, what's she doing recording him anyway? Without his consent mind you! All he ever did was tell her the truth. If you go to a store section in search of an item, and said item is not behind the sign where it's supposed to be, then guess what? That means it's out of stock.
@parker-boy98 I totally agree. Also, it is illegal to film in an establishment that is on private property without consent. You can get kicked out of a store. I know this because when I was a teenager we took a camcorder into the mall and security had to kick us out. Also I totally get the training and finding another employee in that department to help them but nowadays these companies expect you to get more done with less time and less employees. I worked at one for 18 years and I know I needed to have great customer service but some days when I'm swamped with putting freight out, I don't want to walk you to the other side of the store to show you where it is.
@@CM-yd4zeI hear the "less employees" thing. I work retail and on average only two or three cashiers are working the registers. Now I don't know who is in charge of scheduling, but I have half a mind to have a little chat with them about it, a very strongly-worded one too! And yeah, she was breaking the law and yet HE gets in trouble?
This one is funny, but the one where he was a UPS driver, driving on sidewalks took me out🤣
@@Eir1 I’m going to post that one right now just for you!! 😀😀

IKR? And she was recording him without his permission, by the way!

Nah, this lady was WAY in the wrong. Being dumb and recording him without his consent!
Saw another video with this same man and woman quipping back and forth, fake AND gay
It is 2024, you cannot use "gay" as an insult! Actually no, that was NEVER okay to do!
