Another great looking house 🏠..the designs are out there again..and they so big every room..with this big house it can have more then 5,6 bedrooms..at least 10.. so far I haven’t seen one yet..

@@TheMarobrothers I found the color scheme a bit bland and I didn’t quite like that the bar seats don’t have leg room... the kitchen also felt a bit too tucked away for me but I guess that was a conscious choice by the architect!

Another awesome property. The Marobrothers always do a great job on videoing and presenting a property. I personally think this is one of the very best. Seems to me the format is slightly different than previous videos --which I really appreciate. The music is very good, the way they intermingled the video shots is very nice. One thing that other realtors that do video, they must think it is cool to do rapid movement of the camera, zooming in & out, etc. Serious potential buyers wants to see the details "slowly", don't need "cool". We plan to visit The Marobrothers early next year to purchase. ... Great Job, I'm just saying

@@TheMarobrothers I think that the movie theater is too small in proportion to the house. So I’ll make it a little larger and have an interior designer change the decor that will be more in harmony with the rest of the house in my opinion

Natomiast dom..... a raczej rezydencja, perfekcyjna. Nie widzę słabych punktów. Widok na morze, zieleń, dobry rozkład. Problem tylko że cyfry w lotto ktoś mi zamienił... ale nie to jest najważniejsze lecz pasja, zarówno Wasza, czyli to co robicie jak na i Nasza, czyli ludzi którzy oglądają Wasze filmy. Pozdrawiam.

Das schönste Haus, dass ich in Marbella gesehen habe. Die TV Ecke und die Küche ist für den Preis zu klein und die Brücke ist auch nicht jedermansache.
Würde man auf die doppel hohe Decke verzichten, hatte man Platz für ein Ankleidezimmer und man müsste es nicht aus einem Schlafzimmer machen

Um very subjective architecture. Can't say I'm a fan. I guess you need the large overhang in such a hot part of the country. Privacy and finishing are great. Super editing, very well done.

@@TheMarobrothers It's a change from the California box style, which has been done to death in that area. Even though I secretly still like it. The brutalist imposing architecture is quite polarising. People will love it or hate it before they even go in the door which is a risk, but hey no risk no reward!

quite narrow entry and entrance , will restrict access in and out the garage. You will not fit seven cars in that garage. Cars will have to do a 180 to exit. By Parking your car in front of the car port you will have to reverse all the way out !

I think they could have done more to keep it in scale with the rest of the building. It doesn't match it's beauty and grandeur. It seems too dimiutive like it wants to hide. In America, we like large kitchens, many consider it the main gathering place in the house. Because that's where all the food is. In meine meinung natürlich.
