Ringing At VTS (Alexandria, VA) Fully Muffled

A new 10cwt Whitechapel 8. These have to be rung fully muffled due to the volume of the bells in the ringing room, as too much sound comes through the trapdoor. Bells are only normally rung fully muffled on very special occasions, such as the death of a monarch.
