Considering you need average 1,000 wishes for shadow dragon(not guaranteed obviously) and each match is 20 mins long next upd. That's 200,000 minutes. Or 333.33 hours. Or more simply 138 days. :)

just ignore the wish event because they gonna change it in upd 4 and gonna make wishes less rare by adding quests for it and buffing the chances from path of mirrors by a lot, plus they gonna make 30 min to 20 min
