I have been in a spot where it was my only creature going into the graveyard, so it had to put itself on top of my deck, which was unfortunate. The fact that a Golgari Grave-Troll was cast for its mana cost in this league is the truly rare play. I don't think I have ever seen it before.
I like the idea of loam in this deck. Between a castable dredge, and a way to get lands from the graveyard, allowing you to potentially play slow in rough spots. My biggest gripe when I was playing dredge was how I constantly miss land drops when doing my thing, but if you are able to use this you can do things like that hardcast that flashback faithless, or have the lands to survive wasteland. I wonder if there is a way to play this deck with 4 loams instead of thug maybe. It's a worse dredge, but it can allow you some resistance to both targeted graveyard hate sniping your only dredge target, but also allow you to resist things like wasteland, and make you able to cast stuff for cost instead of flashback or free.
@MahfuzVanGogh consider me intrigued. Maybe it could be a slower dredge deck that can be a kinda graveyard tempo deck instead of pure dredge combo or bridge kinda thing. Either way, I'm excited to see what you make of it, and if you think it might have a niche that it occupies.
52:40 i dont play much casual commander right now but in cEDH theres been some new brews with Rakdos, Lord of Muscle, and poxwalkers is absolutely crazy in that deck

Has anyone ever tried reanimating River Kelpie before as a dread return target? It's similar to Saturo but also triggers off spells cast from graveyard. Has persist as a bonus.
River Kelpie seems fun, but it can kill you if Thassa's Oracle is one of your last cards and you need to go deep. I think it is also scarier against all the Reanimator decks in the metagame.
That was the right move, even though it wasn’t perfect. The opponent had a counter and a blocker, so they still had 3 turns to find a defense. In the end, my punt actually worked out
Are you convinced this version with LED and Looting is better than UB with FoW? Have you decided the split between poxwalkers and bridges? Thanks and keep it up.
Hi! We can choose our best build by analyzing the current metagame. If everyone is going too fast, LED is a great card. If the meta tends to a more blue soup (delver/control/show and tell), LEDless is definitely better. The split between Poxwalkers and Ichorid will depend on the build, if you intend to cast more flashback cards you should have at least 3 Poxwalkers.

The only sad thing here is that there is no Sylvan Library in a green based dredge deck. It's 3 dredge triggers with no draw back every turn.
At 48 min you could have sacrificed satoru since narco counts as blue for devotion, meaning your 3 card deck would be fine for a thoracle win

Replace looting with deep analysis, and cut 1 land for another breakthrough
I'm not a fan of DA in Legacy because it is awkward in your starting hand without LED.
