The plaintiff says he turned in his car for the defendant’s motorcycle. However, the defendant still hasn’t given him the proper paperwork, so the plaintiff is suing for the value of his vehicle. The defendant insists he told the plaintiff there was no paperwork for the motorcycle because the previous owner died.
