- This week, I decided to build a post apocalyptic tug boat made from old toys and everyday junk.
My name is Aaron and I'm a non professional scratch builder who makes things in my spare time from old toys and household recycling. Mistakes will be made along the way, but I make those mistakes so you don't have too.

This has very strong the Ian McQue vibes. Your use of greeblies and painting really sells the idea that this could work if built.

Oh, I almost forgot . . . "Barnacle." (Though how a hover-tug would attract barnacles on its hull in the sky is something I don't know . . . .)

Great build, love all the details and the painting was awesome! Though I thought that this thing was way overpowered with all the engines, then remembered it's a tugboat. Now just need a big honking ship for it to pull into the space port/dock.
Awesome job Aaron, just needs a harpoon to keep pesky flying fish from attacking the boat. Keep scratching that build!!

Barnacle, I know it's a tug boat but it just needs an old Chinese guy selling noodles and it's pure Bladerunner ( I meant Fifth ELement!) :-)
Sadly, I couldn't find a little figure for this but yeah I get you. Maybe I should do more when I've figures

This was such a cool build, Just needed a barnacle or two. I've been wanting to do a floating noodle shack like the one from 5th Element. Your build is definitrly inspiration for that. Peace.

Same here. With a little more Chinese junk sryling and this would definitely scream noodle barge from the movie.
Barn uncle? Awesome build, looks almost sea worthy (or at least pond worthy) with a little weighting added to the bottom.
We're you/are you tempted at any point to pop it in the sink to test it?
Absolutely not. The paint would stain the bath and I'd be in even more trouble after taking ceiling tills from the bathroom wall🤣😂🤣. I do have a submarine build planned that hopefully will please you. Stay tuned

@@TerrainbyAaron Naaah, it looks great! I used a shampoo bottle too. Just added more detail but mine took 2 weeks or so.
Mine took a day and it shows😂🤣
