The person who got him, told me that he originally came from an Italian family who named him Cincin. It is a toast to good health. I decided to keep his name as it is.

One day at birdie daycare he had a door closed on his toe. He was rushed to ER, and it was promptly wrapped up by his avian doctor, but when she did a check on him, she accidentally pulled the tip of the toe off🥹. She had to rewrap the toe again but it healed very nicely. Now I have a bird who is part amputee.

Ohhhb yea, the blood feathers are so sensitive! Cockatiels react quick like snakes haha. My budgies are far more chill.
