Hi!! Can you please do a video on how to remove back stitching image? I’ve tried everything and ever since the update It does a big block of color on the back on uploaded svg images, I’m trying to get a clean crisp outline and it does back fill stitches on the back ground color on all the images I upload, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I can’t seem to find answers. Please help!!!!
How do I turn my embroidery to appliqué with the new update? I can’t move the design to sit on top the other design like you did on a previous video of the happy 4th design.
Hi. Question. Do you have a way that you can be reached? I’m trying to get two images merged then sorted out to get stitched. One is simple the UNC logo the other is the navy anchor. Want to overlay the anchor over the UNC. been able to purchase separately each already in a .dst file but not where they’re together. Trying to do this for my seat’s headrest. Been watching y’all’s vids but still having problems. Hoping you could help me walk through it or something. Thanks
We are not sure why you unable to see the download options on the website. Maybe it is a browser issue or your computer needs updated. Here are the links to install and download Inkscape and Ink/Stitch in case you are finding the wrong website, you will have to select which operating system you are using. Hi thank you for the video. I do have a question really quick. Do you ever have an issue with the .PES file having a load of empty steps when put on the machine? after every part it has the same color but nothing is there to stitch out. I've been trying to solve this for a few days.
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should just be able to go to Extensions>Ink/Stitch >Lettering and it will take a second to pop up while loading. Have you had other issues using the Ink/Stitch Extension? You many need to restart your computer and try again or re-install Ink/Stitch.
hi!!! just wanted to know are you having any trouble with params and lettering not working with this update?? when I try to open any of the inkstitch things it freezes the whole Inkscape app and I have to force quit the app. if you have any solutions or anything can you please help me out😭

Here is Ink/Stitch's help page: inkstitch.org/docs/faq/ You might need to contact them to assist you if you can't find an answer on their website. It might be a situation that you will need to uninstall and reinstall Inkscape and Ink/stitch.

I can't seem to find the export button, do you happen to know where I can find it?
While in Inkscape you go to File, then scroll down and you will find Export and then options will show up on the side of your screen.
How did you get to that lettering window? When I select 'lettering', nothing happens.
