So strange for me this week I used a 20% off on a piece of candy on Monday on one account and got the 10 off 70 Tuesday morning. perfect! On a different account I used a 20% coupon, bought two razors that were on sale and the same piece of candy.. this time I didn’t get anything on Monday and on Tuesday they gave me another 10% off coupon!!! 😡 I usually get a 10 off 70 on that account! So strange I wonder if it’s because I bought other items as well on the receipt?? Should I have just bought the piece of candy on one receipt? Or is it just a fluky thing this time? Not sure if I should try to use that 10% coupon now. Not sure if I’ll get a 10/70 or not!! I’m assuming I’m only getting the 10% coupon on that card
i used my % email on Saturday around 3ish. got emailed my 10/70 at 819 Sunday morning.. its been pretty consistent like that for me, other than a few times when it was happening across the board for everyone.. like a few weeks ago when no one got theirs on Sunday, it eventually came in on Monday.. i try to shop on Sundays but i like to use % on Saturday so it gives me an extra day on Monday if, for some reason, i can not get to the store on Sunday.. but i would recommend, if you always shop on Sundays then def use your % on Friday to be safe.. i also found that the email % off is the only one that will trigger a spend crt.. if get a % off at bottom of receipt, that does not trigger a spend crt, in my experience..

I just bought $100 in gift cards. 50 Olive garden and 50 roblox and 1 of them counted towards the spend deal but neither are listed as part of the deal. Weird.
Any other %crt rarely works but I did my 10% on 3 accounts on Saturday & Friday and received 2 on Sunday and 1 this morning on Monday. I purposely did that cause doing 3 10/70 in one day is overwhelming for me lol.

Just log in going incognito on your web browser don't bother with the app on your other accounts As it is logging in and out through the app is how they were able to shut down so many people's accounts last time because they were able to track
I’m disappointed because a few weeks ago I did the axe deal and I was supposed to get $4 back and I never did. So I called customer service and they said I got a different fragrance that’s why it didn’t qualify… but I made sure before I paid that it qualified because I bought it online. It makes me sad they are rather to lose a client for $4! I was in shock when I spoke with them
