Hey wildcrow ..I make progressive house and I had s problem everytime ..My leads have some white noise in it at some high frequency . I tired to remove some high frequency but then it sounds dull as it doesn't have highs now . I check in plugin , leads don't have waveform of white noise . They have waveform of saw in both A and B parts and in both ossilators in sylenth . I tried fruity filter but no help , it also compress high freq and removes the power of lead . Plz help me what can i do to make my leads very clean ?
Or you change the preset or you reduce the detune of the wavetables

In his style he can do it but if you use supersaws or high freq leads like in prog house or future house you can't. Sometimes I do cut in 16-18khz for the same reason, give more space to noise and hats (also to make it feel more in the back), but 7khz is too low for some sounds and genres

would be nice if you gave this lesson on actual recorded instruments rather than synth sounds that are more or less pre recorded out of the box. I'm struggling with this warm/thick vs flat/thin mixes but primarily use guitar amp simulator plugins or mic actual guitar amps.
Most of my sounds are inside the box as the genres I make and teach are mainly like this, but you can apple the same knowledge for recorded sounds

I just finished up a song and mastered it and then this video comes out. That was really bad timing. Hopefully my song sounds warm and full enough lol

Actually, now that I listened to both the mastered and unmastered versions of my song, I think I might've actually made the song thinner in the mastering, but I'll still check the mix to see if I made any mistakes there
