I haven't had the opportunity to get my hands on a #laserpecker2 for testing so I can't say for sure. After some research the major differences I see beyond price (5 watt Sculpfun is about $270 and the Laserpecker base unit $799) is the #Sculpfun has the air filtration filter built in whereas the #laserpecker doesn't. Though the #laserpecker2 does have some neat features with the hand held ability and other accessories
Do you have any vendor, craft show events that you think this would work out great for?

Sculpfun runs on Lightburn hands down better
Mine started sagging really bad up front I made acrylic legs up front and glued them in to make it sturdy
Yeah wish that was sturdier up front. Great unit but that part is wonky
Can You try AL or some plexi ? like "plate for M22 button"
Any diode laser I know of isn't going to be able to cut aluminum. I don't have any dark acrylic but I theory this should cut it

Correct! Realized after I posted the video. Even right side up the fit is a bit off as the top of laser sags down a bit
