OG I got a question for you, what do you use a “matte medium” for ? I remember hearing it in one of your videos

You can layer it to add a scratch resistant coat to your paint. For example: 3 coats of paint, 2 coats of matte medium, 3 more coats of paint, 2 more coats of matte medium.
