Awesome tip. I've not seen this anywhere else yet. Worked for me, though after a few hundred explosions, I did have to save the game because the game would stop working and quit the session. This could be just my Xbox. Was quite funny because I did this near the save point on Staunton Island and hearing the explosions in a row that were nearby and varying distances. Thanks for this tip.

Did they nerf that in the ps5 version? Cause it won't let me do it that quick. I remember doin it on ps4. But it won't let me start or end it until the little message across the screen goes away

@@threetrys With regards to Paramedic Level 12, I waited until Staunton Island opened, more flat, wider roads and LOADS more time. Completed this earlier this week, first thing I did once Staunton was open. Just opened third island last night. Done all hidden packages, done all export/import. Got the tank by getting a six-star wanted level. Trying to do the 'Kill 15 criminals in one mission' Vigilante Trophy with it before I hand it over to the final 'Pest Control' Trophy export/import list.

@@jackhughes3857 i was needing just paramedic on my first save but eventually got it from starting fresh and doing everysingle thing again which sucked but worked

@@fomotogo1758 The ironic thing is, I got the Paramedic Level 12 on my first try when I first started the game, screwed up something else so I restarted the game and then the second time, I just could not get it. So I waited until Staunton Island opened as I remembered from years ago that the roads were wider and flat. Didn't know that you get heaps more time due to the distance to reach the patients.
Getting 15 seconds simply because a patient was behind the hospital was the biggest curse on Portland.
