The UFC marketing team knows Charles is not a confrontational person/ shit talker which doesn't grab the attention of the current audience which in turn doesn't sell. It was an easy target for the UFC to strip him of the lightweight title so that they can in turn, get another fighter in for the belt, like .. idk, Conor. He comes right back in for a title shot which blows the PPV's thru the roof & gives him a chance to actually win. If not, it's still fishy AF that 20 out of the 30 fighters on the card weighed .5 pounds more on the scale. & the fact that Charles made weight back stage. Some crook type shit going on
