"Will be considered" is future tense and "considered" is past tense; two completely different messages.

Two things, one already mentioned. Why is "the study" not the subject of that sentence? Why are the authors of the study the focal point instead of the study itself? It's very possible I don't understand what is meant grammatically by "subject". In the next sentence, changing the action from future to past seems an odd way to avoid passive voice. It literally distorts the intended meaning of the sentence by shifting when the action takes place. I've also noticed Timothy Cameron's objection to Dr. Lentz's distortion of the meaning of that sentence was posted 8 months ago and hasn't received a reply from Dr. Lenz yet.

If Smith and Smith will review documents in the future, how is making it a past tense useful? It's not passive, but it's also not reflecting the desired idea. Here's an example of my problem: "I remembered the teacher warning us about the dangers of touching a person who is being electrocuted, that they be victim to a bigger jolt than the person being electrocuted."
