The Minnesota accent fits perfectly with the memory I have of the last time I went horseback riding. It was with my cousins in Minnesota in the late 1960s.

Anyone else feel like you've seen this act before? Like she's ripping this all off from someone else? Her whole "crazy white lady" stick feels so familiar, I just can't put my finger on where i've seen this...
She’s been a comedian for over 20 years. Some of these jokes are from her first CDs. She was on the first Comedians of Comedy and helped pioneer alternative comedy in the 90’s. If anything, you’ve heard comedians who have been heavily influenced by her.
The word is "shtick", not "stick". And for her, it's not a shtick. She's dealt with severe mental health challenges and has managed to incorporate it into her act in a positive way. She's authentically herself, and that's why she's so great and often imitated (but never duplicated).
Don't enjoy fart sounds so this was not a winner for me.
