Sorry to hear about you foot pain. I hope you get some relief from the other treatments you are trying. I hope something helps with the pain. Hope you have a great time with the grandkids. Loved the finishes - they were cute. See you next time.
Good to see you. Sorry about your foot. Getting old isn’t fun! Love your stitching, especially the blue fabric with little white dots that look like snow. I would love to come to your retreat. I just live so far away. 😔 Thanks for sharing!
Arttie, I say stitch what you love regardless of how old or new it is. Love your idea of stitching on the blue with the white dots. Enjoy your grandchildren every second!! They grow so fast.. Take care of your foot also. Till then…..keep those needles going….Debbie
Just a query....if you place the tree farm to the right of the sweet shop the sign to the tree farm points to the left. Love the material you are using for this project.
Enjoy watching your video😊Sorry about your foot! I had both mine operated on at the same time about 30 years ago!! I’m I in Ohio… we have a store called The Good Feet Store… wondered if you might have one near you.. Your finishing in the hoops is adorable!!
Hi Artie, I can so relate to foot pain as I have had foot problems for about 50 years. As far as the fusions go, may I suggest that you get a second opinion from a specialist, not just a podiatrist. My second opinion about fusions was that the surgeon wouldn’t do it because there is so much to fuse and there are no guarantees it will work. And yes, the recovery time is long… I broke my left foot 3 times and that combined with the arthritis has not been good. One thing I use for pain is Acupressure. It works every time. Take care.
You look great. Hope your foot gets better. You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of others so please try to stay off that foot some. Loved seeing all your projects and I adore ALL of them. Thank you for sharing it all with us, Artie! Love your soul and your sharing with us! Take care and have a great week❤😊
So sorry about your foot … I hope you get better soon … I have arthritis also and it is not fun at all but you deal with it the best you can … I get injections once a year in my back for arthritis and it really helps … loved your work and your finishes … so glad to see the blue fabric with the white balls to represent snowflakes ❄️ … until next time and I hope you feel better 😊❤ Dena
Great video. Thank you. I love the vintage patterns also. On your “Oh Beautiful” piece, another option for filling the space on the first line, is to stitch some of the smaller motifs from under the word spacious. It is beautiful. Happy Stitching!
Love your very energetic floss tube today. Hope you find relief from your arthritic pain soon. I can identify with that. I noticed on the Santa village pattern that the sign post points to the left for the Tree Farm pattern. Did you mean to put it on the left?
Arthritis ate up my wrists - I had surgery to fuse one and bones removed from the other. Then I had a knuckle replaced, also a victim of arthritis. Not the easiest solution, but the pain relief has been remarkable. (And I can cross stitch!) Good luck with your foot. Living with pain isn’t easy.
I have been a carnivore for 2 years because of health issues. I watch a doctor on RUclips named KenDBerry and he has information about the how the proper human diet (carnivore) can help with arthritis. It may seem extreme when you first hear about it, but it can help you feel so much better.
We follow clean Keto. Which is an anti-inflammation diet. Absolutely no preservatives, wheat, and extremely low carb. I basically eat protein and vegetables. It has worked wonders for me. I feel great.
Arttie, whenever you are ready to consider having a foot fusion surgery, please pm me. I am a retired nurse, who had it done in 2021, immediately after retiring at age 74. I would be happy to share some items that we borrowed or purchased that made it much easier in my three months post-op with no weight-bearing. Hope your injections give you pain relief💕
I have a friend who has eliminated all added sugars and it has really helped the pain in her hands from arthritis. Would it be easier to do the backstitch as you go along? I don't think i would enjoy doing it all at the end. Thanks for the update.
I'm just watching your video and you're showing oh beautiful and explaining how the stars are further away from the first line. I'm not sure if I'm seeing this correctly or not but do you need another x on beautiful on the top next to the U? It looks like you need one more, just saying. Have a wonderful weekend!.
Question about patreon. When you teach a class in there does it stay available afterwards? So if someone joins after the class was held could they still watch the class?
Yes. I don't remove the classes. I am pretty sure you can go back and watch all of them. Unless Patreon blocks them. But I want my members to be able to re-watch as many times as needed.

Love the video thank you
Hi Arttie, I like the Button Idea. I'm with you I'm not taking things apart. Maybe you can find a cute Wheat button! Heal quick!
Just a query....if you place the tree farm to the right of the sweet shop the sign to the tree farm points to the left.

I will be putting the 2 pointing right on that side and the 2 pointing left on the left side.

I have been to a shoe store that specializes in orthopedic footwear and insoles. But I don't wear shoes very often. Lol

I will be checking into acupuncture. It was suggested by this new doctor.
You get an amazing amount done considering what all else you're doing and having medical problems!
I always enjoy your videos 🎉

Great idea!
Love the hoop finishes❤❤
Thank you
Thank you for the heads up on the pattern for Oh Beautiful
I hope you find relief for your foot issues. The idea for the fabric with snow on it is genius! I, too, do not enjoy stitching snowflakes
I am loving it 😍
Oh my I’m a closet holiday fabric hoarder 👀♥️🧵🪡🙏
Lol. Aren't we all. 🤣🤣
Love your very energetic floss tube today.
Hope you find relief from your arthritic pain soon. I can identify with that.

No. I will put the coordinating houses with the coordinating signs.

I am hoping surgery is a last resort.

Food and body do different things as you get past prim 30 to 60
Love your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
I'm so sorry about your foot. So annoying. I love catching up with you.

Thank you. I definitely will. The injections are helping right now.
The “T” is off, too. Needs another stitch on the left top. Looks good, though 😊
I will check that out. Probably my own error. Lol
@@thevintagestitcher2022 we have all made those from time to time 😊❤️

Yes. I have done that too. No sugars or preservatives. Only clean food. It helps a lot.

I purchased Sulky white on your recommendation. Do you use 1 or 2 strands? I usually stitch on 16 and 18 count. Thanks
One strand on 16 and 18 count.
@@thevintagestitcher2022 thank you so much for your quick response. I really do appreciate it. Have a wonderful day!
Please research the benefits of castor oil.
I definitely will. Thank you for the tip.
