I'm not a gamer so ive never heard of the video game but i really like the retro look of this watch. I dont own an AV-8 but all their watches always look really cool. And that packaging! Interesting collaboration and certainly something a bit different with the watch design. Cool to see the P-38 Lightning plane in the game featured on the dial and not once but twice. I would have expected the plane that features in the engravings to be the same aircraft but that is a Corsair not a Lightning.
Interesting watch, not for me but glad it exists.
I do have an AVI-8 Hawker Hurricane, not worn it for ages. Must give it a bit of wrist time.

It's more about size with Avi-8, because they make some big boys. I've tried quite a few of them now and the quality has been high on all. So find one that you like the look of that fits your wrist best, and you'll be good!

Cool watch. A lot of work went into designing it. The counterbalance is a bit much and special edition...no. would like to see one up close for sure

I had an AVI-8, just couldn't bond.I wouldn't really class it as a microbrand.
I know what you mean, but I wouldn't class them as an established brand either. They sit in that weird middle-ground.

It looks like a watch you would win at a funfair, I would pay no more than a generous £100 for it just for the novelty, There are far superior watches with the same spec around that cost a third of the money and do not make you look like your mum ties your laces every morning, nice video but not a great watch. Holy shit $385 are they serious!
