- Four individuals were each fined RM500 after pleading guilty to endangering others by cooking using a gas stove at a petrol station in Genting Highlands on May 12.
Fadhli Zil Ikram, 24; Nurfatin Irdina Shahrulnizam,24; Nur Anis Salleh, 24; and Nur Azira Azman, 23; pleaded guilty to the charge, which was read to them before Magistrate Nadratun Naiem Zainan on Tuesday (May 21).

Should be minimum rm10,000 and jailed at least 3 months. Cooking at a place like petrol station could have endangered so many lives thru their irresponsible and dangerous stunt. Should have given a deterrent punishment.

Smoking at a petrol gets one rm2000 fine and jail time but cooking gets rm500. Malaysia boleh!
Please get pardons board to commute 1/2 the sentence while you are at it.
